BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. The Villa known as CASA PINTORESCO hereinafter called 'the property' is offered for holiday rental subject to confirmation by Roger Greene, hereinafter called 'the owners' to the renter hereinafter called 'the client'.

2. To reserve 'the property' 'the client' should complete and sign the Booking Form and return it together with payment of the initial non-refundable deposit of £200 per week. Following receipt of the Booking Form and deposit, 'the owners' will send to 'the client' a confirmation invoice and statement. This is the formal acceptance of the booking.

3. Balance of the rent is payable EIGHT weeks prior to departure. If payment is not received by the due date, 'the owners' shall reserve the right to deem the reservation cancelled. 'The client' will remain liable to pay the balance of the rent unless 'the owners' are able to re-let the property. In this event, clause 4 of these booking conditions will apply. Reservations made within EIGHT weeks of the start of the rental period require FULL payment at the time of booking.

4. Subject to clauses 2 and 3 above, in the event of a cancellation, 'the owners' will retain the deposit. However 'the owners' shall endeavour to re-let 'the property'. If successful, 'the owners' shall retain any expenses or losses incurred in so doing but refund 'the client' the remaining balance. 'The owners' remind 'The client' to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy which includes cancellation cover.

5. The rental period shall commence at 14:00 hours (2pm) on the first day and finish at 10:00 hours (10am) on the last day, bookings are from Thursday to Thursday.'The owners' shall not be obliged to offer the accommodation before the time stated and 'the client' shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. (This allows time for cleaning, etc.).

6. The maximum number to reside in 'the property' must not exceed number of persons agreed on booking form and in any event must not exceed SIX.

7. Prices stated are for up to FOUR persons. An extra charge of £100 per person per week or part thereof applies over four and up to six.

8. 'The property' is cleaned before each letting, however 'the client' is responsible for leaving 'the property' in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.
9. 'The owners' respectfully request that 'the clients' do not smoke inside Casa Pintoresco.
